Participants to this meeting will expose and analyse the concepts of their communication campaigns. Each presentation shall not exceed 30 minutes (20mn presentation and 10mn debate), and will have to include the following items :
- The campaign philosophy;
- Adopted methodology;.
- Used aids;
- Target public;
- Different parties contributing to the campaign;
- Duration and periodicity / Frequency;
- Allocated budget;
- Scope of impact.
A short discussion (10 minutes maximum) will be conducted after each presentation in order to :
- Enrich the content through additional suggestions;
- Look into which extent the campaign or one of its components can be adapted in other countries treating the same subject;
Recommendations will be summarized and transmitted to the audience at the end of each session.
