In this context, and further to the success of the First International Festival for Road Safety Campaigns  held in Tunisia on October 2003, organizers have thought of developing the named festival to greater dimension.  This festival will constitute a unique opportunity to gather a considerable number of participants, international experts, public and private institutions, from all different countries, in order to discuss major communication issues pertaining to road safety.
