The works participating in the official competition must arrive to the Festival Management Committee . Copies can be sent to the Festival by means of diplomatic pouches of Tunisian embassies in the participant’s home country or that of participant’s country’s embassy in Tunisia, or through registered DHL to the Festival official address mentioned below, with the label “FESTIVAL”.
